Software releases · Beta → Alpha
UpLink agent software only; this does not flash Android or device firmware. All uploads start in Beta. Promote after a verified manual test installation.
Upload a standalone, permanently signed UpLink APK (maximum 40 MB). Use the same signing key as your installed boxes. This updates UpLink only. Every upload starts in Beta (manual push). After a verified successful manual install, promote the same APK to Alpha for automatic rollout.
The STB validates the APK package, actual version and certificate before installation. The version fields below are release labels until validated. Install updater-capable UpLink 0.6.1 manually once; future updates can be queued from each device page.
Wallpaper rotation
HTTPS image links cached on the device for offline display. Intervals from 60 seconds to 24 hours.

Only the five services below are allowed in the customer drawer. Confirm Android TV package IDs on test hardware before updating them.
Technician access
Applies to enrolled boxes after their next sync. Use the separate button below to save or change the PIN. The saved PIN is masked by default. Show reveals it for 30 seconds.
Remote key mappings
Applies globally. Enable the UpLink Accessibility service on each STB. Only TV, Guide and colour keys delivered by firmware can be mapped. Default Home selection is configured locally in Technician setup.
